I am so honoured to be one of the first Trainers in the UK who is a certified Instructor under the International Animal Behaviour and Training College for the Super Sniffers programme.
The Foundation Award is a fantastic way to introduce you and your dog to scentwork, you can then continue your journey with the Nosey Barkers programme, including real world searches, trials and special events like Murder Mystery, Summer Holiday, Guess Who? and much more!

During this course your dog will learn:
How to take scent
Recognition of correct odour
How to track to source
A Trained Final Response
As handlers you will learn:
How to handle a dog during a search
How to read changes in the dog’s body language
Reading and understanding your dog’s indication
More about what scent can do for your dog
How searching for a scent works for your dog
At the end of the course you will be able to complete an assessment for the Foundation Award which includes an Odour Recognition Test, Room Search and Vehicle Search.
